Managed Secure Operations

Turn fragmented IT and security work into one governed operating service, allowing your local IT team to support the business without losing control of risk.

Growing companies often reach a point where the internal IT team is expected to support users, secure remote work, patch every device, review alerts, document incidents, and satisfy auditors, all at the same time. Octivio works alongside that team to provide the operating discipline, engineering capacity, visibility, and governance needed to keep the environment secure and under control.

Does This Sound Familiar?

Your IT team spends the day helping users, leaving limited time to review security alerts, failed deployments, vulnerabilities, and policy exceptions

Users can access websites, SaaS applications, and private resources from anywhere without consistent policies governing who can access what, from which device, or under which conditions

Windows Update creates a false sense of coverage while third-party applications, drivers, BIOS, and firmware remain outdated or fail silently

Remote and distributed users need assistance, but local IT lacks a consistent, secure remote-control capability and centralized device visibility

Network devices, servers, websites, cloud services, and critical infrastructure are monitored in separate tools or only investigated after users report an outage

Security logs exist across firewalls, endpoints, identity platforms, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, and infrastructure, but there is no centralized SIEM process to correlate events and drive response

Security events, incidents, and changes live in separate tools, chats, and spreadsheets with no reliable path from alert to resolution

Management and auditors ask for evidence that must be assembled manually because ownership, history, and reporting are fragmented

Managed Service Coverage

Managed service workflows for incidents, requests, changes, SLAs, and escalation

Operating-system and supported third-party application patching, supported device-driver, BIOS and firmware updates, software deployment, endpoint inventory, vulnerability visibility, deployment-failure review, and exception tracking

Secure remote-control capability for authorized customer IT personnel to assist users across distributed locations, subject to the selected platform, roles, and session controls

Cloudflare Zero Trust configuration, device enrollment, identity- and device-aware access policies, secure private access, DNS and URL filtering, application controls, DLP when licensed, and reporting

Site24x7 monitoring for supported networks, servers, websites, cloud services, availability, performance, and infrastructure alerts

Log360 SIEM capabilities for centralized log collection, event correlation, security monitoring, investigation, alert classification, automated incident creation, and documented escalation

Monthly operational and security reporting with regular service reviews and improvement planning

Governance Considerations

Clear service ownership, customer responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision rights

Documented policy, change, exception, remediation, and evidence-retention processes

Defined business-hours monitoring with critical notifications outside contracted service hours

Executive visibility into service performance, incidents, risks, and improvement priorities

Platform & Licensing Model

ManageEngine technologies provide the operational foundation for service management, endpoint administration, infrastructure monitoring, analytics, and security information

Site24x7 provides monitoring and alerting for supported network devices, servers, websites, cloud services, availability, and performance

Log360 provides SIEM capabilities for centralized security logs, event correlation, investigation, alerting, and response workflows

Each customer purchases and owns its Cloudflare subscription, account, billing, data, policies, and configurations

Octivio receives the administrative access required to implement and manage the customer environment

Cloudflare licensing remains separate from Octivio assessment, implementation, management, monitoring, governance, and reporting fees

How the service works

Customer ownership. Octivio operational responsibility.

ManageEngine technologies provide the operational foundation for service workflows, endpoints, infrastructure monitoring, analytics, and security information. Customer-owned Cloudflare Zero Trust environments provide secure access and internet controls. Octivio supplies the engineering, processes, governance, monitoring, and reporting required to operate them together as one service.

Cloudflare Zero Trust replaces broad, implicit access with identity- and device-aware policies that control who can reach private resources and under which conditions

DNS and URL filtering protect users wherever they work, with application controls and policy-based access across managed devices

DLP capabilities can help identify and control sensitive-data movement when included in the customer’s Cloudflare plan

Each customer retains ownership of its environment, policies, data, configurations, and Cloudflare subscription

ManageEngine-based capabilities connect MSP service workflows, endpoint administration, infrastructure monitoring, analytics, security information, and response

Site24x7 monitors supported networks, servers, websites, cloud services, availability, and performance so infrastructure problems can be identified before they become prolonged business disruption

Log360 centralizes security logs and provides SIEM correlation, investigation, alerting, and escalation across supported sources

Authorized members of the customer’s IT team can use supported remote-control capabilities to assist users without relying on informal access tools

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Cloudflare, and other supported technologies can be integrated into the operating model

Managed Secure Operations is not positioned as unlimited end-user support or a full 24×7 security operations center. End-user support, onsite services, project work, and remediation activities are scoped separately.
